LINK (HUNTINGTON BEACH) CORPORATION of Cerritos, California is recalling Shiitake-Ya brand Gourmet Shiitake Slices with a “SELL BY date” of 04/16/2013 because the mushrooms may be contaminated with the chemicals carbendazim, fluoranthene, and pyrene. Residues of these chemicals are not approved on dried mushrooms.
